ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Good Olfactory was born out of my own need for light in the dark. As someone who lives with depression, I know firsthand how important it is to carve out small, grounding moments in the middle of everyday life. For me, lighting a candle or pausing for a breath of fragrance is more than a cozy detail—it’s an act of self-care that helps me slow down, reset, and remember what matters.

For years, my background in hospitality gave me joy through creating spaces where others felt seen, comforted, and at ease. Good Olfactory is my way of carrying that forward—crafting simple, intentional rituals that invite warmth, calm, and connection into your day. By sharing these pieces of slow care with you, I’m not just offering candles or body goods—I’m offering reminders to treat yourself with kindness, the way I’ve had to learn to do for myself.
